Clubs Weekly Autopay Policy
POLICY FOR CLUB WEEKLY AUTOPAY
- Weekly Autopay: Your Club Weekly Autopay will be automatically charged on the same day of the week as the initial purchase for a seamless and consistent payment schedule.
- Active Membership: Club Weekly Autopay will remain active while clubs are in session, providing uninterrupted access to all club activities and benefits.
- Semester Duration: Payment will occur over a maximum of 16 weeks per semester. After this period, Club Weekly Autopay will pause for the scheduled semester break.
- Resumption: Club Weekly Autopay will automatically resume when clubs start at the beginning of the next semester, ensuring continuous membership for returning students without any additional action required by you.
- Blackout Dates and Absences: Please note that there are no discounts, refunds, or substitutes for pre-scheduled blackout dates or if the student misses a club day. Club Membership fees are fixed to ensure the continuity and quality of the club experience.
- Additional Costs: Club Membership does not include the cost of additional materials, instruments, or equipment. Additional requirements are only for specific clubs and are outlined clearly in club descriptions.
- Notifications: Club Members will receive notifications prior to the start of the autopay cycle each semester and reminders before the scheduled break.
- Cancellation and Changes: To cancel or make changes to your membership, please contact our support team at least one week before the next scheduled autopay date to avoid being charged.

Clubs Monthly Autopay Policy
POLICY FOR CLUB MONTHLY AUTOPAY
- Weekly Autopay: Your Club Monthly Autopay will be automatically charged every FOUR WEEKS on the same day of the week as the initial purchase for a seamless and consistent payment schedule.
- Active Membership: Club Monthly Autopay will remain active while clubs are in session, providing uninterrupted access to all club activities and benefits.
- Semester Duration: Payment will occur over a maximum of 16 weeks per semester. After this period, Club Monthly Autopay will pause for the scheduled semester break.
